Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team. Freemarket rebranded earlier this year and now we’re looking for a full-time designer to add some creative flair to the brand. You’ll be tasked with taking the brand into its next phase of development.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and designing external-facing content for commercial
  • Develop product marketing collateral
  • Collaboration with product, marketing and tech to design visual solutions
  • Create innovative UI and UX interfaces
  • Define and create graphic systems in line with brand guidelines
  • Create graphics for blogs, eBooks, newsletters, and web
  • Able to demonstrate creativity – required to work on brand identity, web design, UX/UI, video and content
  • Manage design requirements from across the business and provide production support
  • Work with stakeholders to take briefs and produce concepts through to finished creative
  • Produce print-ready artwork for publication across different media

The person we are looking for:

  • Graduate or equivalent industry experience (2-3 years)
  • Good working knowledge of Sketch
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills – After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
  • Ability to mix creative skills with a logical approach
  • Proven record of building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Good understanding of working with brand guidelines
  • Motivation to maintain and improve design standards
  • Basic knowledge of print production
  • Working knowledge of using WordPress
  • Previous Financial Services experience desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS or Java an advantage
