Why was my account rejected?

If your application is unsuccessful and rejected by the system, you will receive an email from us advising that this happened and the reasoning behind it.

The application may have been rejected on the grounds it didn’t fit our risk appetite. Freemarket takes an appropriate risk-based approach in order to achieve our strategic and commercial objectives.

A Relationship Manager or a member of our support team would provide feedback on the application and why it was rejected. They will be able to advise and answer any questions that arise.
