Mark Bell joins Freemarket as Chief Commercial Officer

1st October 2019, London, UK. Freemarket, the cross-border payments and currency exchange specialist, has today announced the appointment of Mark Bell as its new Chief Commercial Officer.

Mark joins Freemarket from eMerchantPay, a leading European payments company, and adds to Freemarket’s established and experienced management team.

Mark has been involved in the online payments industry for over 20 years with a wealth of experience in card acquiring, payment processing, supply chain, risk management and corporate FX in companies such as Thomas Cook CFX/Travelex, GBG plc, Envoy Services and WorldPay. As Chief Commercial Officer, he will lead all of Freemarket’s commercial activity to ensure delivery of a market-leading service which allows clients to optimise both payment and FX requirements.
